WHAT:
The jobs in this level are responsible for reviewing Technology, Customer Experience and other projects abidance and alignment to Zain standards and procedures. Jobs are also responsible for drafting project documents and performing project reporting.
HOW:
-Implement the Project Management policies and procedures
-Provide close supervision and training to team
-Assist in the implementation of small projects by tracking progress
-Assist in handling Zain-wide helpdesk for Project Managers ensuring timely response and support
-Review project abidance to Zain standards, policies and guidelines and escalate cases of incompliance
-Track projects' continuous alignment with scope and cost and raise issues as needed
-Escalate changes related to project time schedule, budget or resources to concerned stakeholders
-Draft and maintain project management documents such as project charter, project governance and project implementation plan
-Prepare reports on the progress achieved for reporting and decision-making purposes
-Report on key issues and challenges facing project implementation to minimize and mitigate potential project risks
-Ensure that the database of projects and contractors/consultants is continuously updated for maintenance and monitoring purposes
-Ensure proper coding, filing, diffusion of project management documents and deliverables
