The Royal Danish Embassy in Riyadh is looking for a fulltime Commercial Assistant for its Trade Department. The new Commercial Assistant will join our current team consisting of the Head of Trade Department and two Commercial Advisors. The position will be based on local employment terms.
Main tasks and responsibilities
The main responsibility of the position includes but is not limited to the following:
- Organizing meetings, handling calendars, preparing agendas
- Drafting minutes of meetings and conducting regular follow-up activity
- Developing and maintaining the Trade Department’s database with contact information for local and international authorities, companies and other diplomatic missions
- Participation and assistance in organizing official visits, events, and trade delegations
- Administration of emails related to economic and commercial activities or any other pertinent topics
- Assisting with establishment of companies in Saudi Arabia
- Carrying out other ad-hoc requests from the Head of Trade Department and Commercial Advisors
