1. Job Purpose
Handle Design department & designing of product according to customer requirement.
2. Principal Accountabilities
• Perform contact review for technical issue & NMR schedule.
• Preparation of schedule & planning for design & development
• Verification of drawing for submittal & manufacturing.
• Verification of Store requisition for material procurement.
• Technical assistance to production & sales department.
• Review the customer requirement & attend the technical meeting if required.
• Provide training for the new employees in the design department
• Follow the quality procedure.
• Coordinate with design engineers to execute the project hassle free.
• Review the drawings and validate the same as verified.
3. Communications and Working Relationships
• Excellent communication skills in English for reading, writing & speaking.
• Maintain appropriate & productive environment with superior & subordinate.
• Motivate subordinate for teamwork.
• Coordinate & support to management.
