Responsibilities & Accountability :
1. Loan initial entries :
* Down payment entry allocation
* Admin charges allocation
* Insurance cost allocation
* Tracker cost allocation
* Dealer commission allocation
2. Installments entry in system through Fund transfer
3. Installments allocation through payment input
4. Issue the supplier disbursement memo & Entry (Payment to supplier) in system .
5. Early settlements of loan
6. Partial settlements of loan
7. Adhoc charges Input (Traffic violation, ALR (penalties), Sama charges)
8. Request Creation of supplier account
9. Record pending entry in Bank account reconciliation in system as Finance dep. Requested .
10. Providing Outstanding balance of loan by screen shots
11. Providing Statement Of Account through system reports time to time
12. Settling the unallocated amounts to deals through reports
13. Waived off the amounts in system after approval
Others Duties :
* Doing the daily collection by checking each bank time to time & Reporting daily collections - on daily basis
* Depositing the CHQ's in the bank by coordinating and helping
* Coordinating with all the concerned to know about the receipts(in banks)
* Coordinating collection manager on his queries on collection each time to time
* Coordinating with IT dept. for development of reports and issues
* Reconciliation and updating of Insurance cost on monthly basis & providing finance dept.
* Ensure all assets leased are covered by insurance policy (from GFC or by client) .
* Follow up the claim status with insurance co.
* Coordinating with Insurance co. for the reconciliation and pending docs issue
* Calculation ALR charges for the deal closure whenever required by the immediate manager.
* Prepare the monthly tracking reports.
* Reconcile the tracking report with Location Solution report .
