• Manage The Brand’s day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Have the ability to standardize all Operations executions and manage high level of consistency on standards.
• Has the ability to develop and create comprehensive and detailed Standards of Operations Manual.
• Make necessary improvements on team productivity and deliverables.
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
• Lead his team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures related to Operations and in line with company’s overall policies and procedures.
• Provide a two way communication and show an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, and apply additional best practices in this field.
• Report and lead action with his management team regarding sales results and productivity.
• Provide and recommend tools and practices to achieve sales targets: Local store Marketing plan, or any other related practices.
• Understand and manage the profitability aspect of the business and have full command in managing the Profit & Loss statement: food, labor, semi- variables and restaurant operating profit.
• Full command on annual sales budgeting.
• Have detailed insight on competition and overall market trends.
• Reports to the Group COO.
