Urgent - Project Director - Hotel Construction Projects - Riyadh

One of our clients is on the lookout for a qualified Project Director.
About the Client: They are a major construction company based in GCC with a number of high profile projects across the MENA region. This includes private and public projects that equally require top quality project and commercial management. It is for this reason we are seeking a Project Director to add to their already strong team of leaders. About the location: Based in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh which is the hub of construction projects.
About the Position: This position requires extreme attention to detail and would suit someone with broad experience in building construction and project management for projects related to high rise, low rise, towers, hospitals, universities, complex, residential, schools, mosques etc, ideally 5 star Hotels in the GCC.
Salary:
60,000 SAR per month + accommodation + Car
Requirements Bachelor of Civil engineering Extensive experience on 5 star Hotel projects Excellent leadership skills Experience in Contractors (no consulting or owner background) Ability to work autonomously 6 days a week Middle East experience
