The candidate will be responsible for the delivery of contracted services
To respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues requests of clients and customers.
Compile regular KPI’s and share them with the management and the client representative.
Liaise with country subject matter experts (in conjunction with relevant central subject matter experts) to ensure a standardized, consistent and compliant approach is implemented for each subject area ensuring that on site General Services Managers/Facility Managers are utilizing this resource
To work as ‘one team’ to ensure delivery of unified services across the region to achieve the strategic objectives of the contract for both the Client and the service provider
