Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
• Supervise and motivate direct reports
• Ensure that all units are 100% operational
• Coordinate with necessary support departments for any issue or needs by units (Maintenance, HR, WH, etc)
• Achieve sales budget in all segments
• Execute plan and direction of the company and give feedback as to the necessary adjustment needed in order to achieve end result
• Plans and study work problems and procedures such as inventory control and cost analysis leading to profit generation
• Resolve customer complain
• Resolve employees issues and grievances
• Ensure manpower planning, includes employee vacation coverage, and rotation
• Ensure that SOP is implemented and followed at all time
• Ensures that Manager, Asst. Manager, and Supervisors are aligned and aware of the monthly / Quarterly / Yearly plan, update and follow up on the implementation and executions
• Liaise necessary documents for units employees
• Plan and execute sales building within the area of responsibilities
• Plan and execute LSM for each units or within the area
• Ensure that all unit employees are trained and certified, coordinate with training team necessary trainings, re-training, certification
• Analyze units performance and make necessary adjustment in order to achieve sales budget
• Ensure that Food, Services, and Cleanliness are within the company standard, make necessary adjustment if any deviations found
• Other duties that maybe assigned from time to time
• Manage multi units and ensures that SOP are implemented and followed
• Ensures that all items, products, raw materials, tools, equipment are available in units
• Create sale building for the units handled through LSM and other channels
• Achieve budget as set by the company in all aspects, Sales, COS, controllable and non controllable cost
• Ensure quality of food, service, and cleanliness of all units
• Motivate and engage direct reports, recognize, reward, and promote top performers
• Conduct area meetings discussing operational issues, create and executes action plan in resolving operational as well as employee issue.
• Prepares necessary operational reports
