• Acting as Company’s representative upon awarding of contract and representing Company in the performance of the contract
• Checking all electrical drawings for completeness, form fit and functions.
• Studying and developing the new technology which can improve quality and cost.
• Verifying and controlling of power consumption within limits every month.
• Check the improvement, modification, project request from other department, study the feasibility, if valuable make the costing and drawing for approval.
• Studies the necessary changes need to reduce the production cost and submit to management with all documents and drawings.
• Create and review maintenance work instructions and procedures related to electrical equipment (installation/maintenance/repair), emergency procedures and others. Revised if necessary
• Periodic review of the work instruction and procedure as actual condition and feedback from the maintenance team.
• Support in maintenance department in troubleshooting Electrical problems that will cause loss of capital equipment and production losses);
• Review and evaluate equipment drawing diagram if it is updated, ensure the availability of equipment drawing control diagram when it is needed.
• Prepare training module and conduct training for maintenance personnel to enhance their technical skill like work instruction and emergency procedures and others.
• Handle projects on Area of responsibility for improvements and modification which include proper documentation and planning.
