•Institute an effective maintenance program to ensure safe and reliable operation.

•Problem solves with the maintenance team recurring problems.
•Maintain an up-to-date list of all company vehicles.
•Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the garage workshops. Promptly correct any unsafe conditions.
•Be the local resource regarding maintenance vehicles selection criteria and specifications, dealerships/agencies, cost of purchase vs. leases...
•Coordinate maintenance technical resources across garages / facilities.
•Responsible for selection, on-boarding, reward and discipline recommendation for all maintenance personnel.
