Our client a leading name in the construction industry in Saudi are urgently hiring a HSE Director to join their team in Jeddah. Reporting to the Chief Construction Office, the main purpose of the role will be to develop and deliver sustainable HSE strategies and be fully responsible for HSE and sustainability Key objectives of the role will be to provide strategic and tactical advice and lead projects across KSA, assist in development, communication and implementation of company processes and lead on the HSE standards, procedures and guidance, maintain necessary certifications, be in charge of training and development, best practices and delivering and coaching others on behavioral management/safety workshops and techniques
