We’re recruiting Document Specialists to join our expanding FMCG team based in Eastern Province. We need a confident individual with excellent communication skills who has the ability to make their own decisions. We require someone who has exceptional knowledge and experience in cGMP. As part of a team, you will provide central document specialist support to all departments. You will report to the Quality & Technology Services Manager.
Role
In this role you’ll be responsible to perform day-to-day functions of document review, approval, release and material hold resolution quality activities. Manage and develop the standard format and documentation for Plant Wide Standard Operating Procedures & associated forms and job aide type documents. Participate in maintaining GMP and Quality Standard compliance, Audit readiness for the facility including participation in internal and external inspections. Learning and mastering Document Management System, Compliance Suite, SAP R3 and the Product Data Management system. Assist with the preparation of the Annual Product Review.
