Minimum 12 years of field experience in large road construction projects execution. The candidate should have knowledge in roads specifications and construction methods. He should be able to plan, execute, monitor and control the highway construction works. He needs to know the quality requirements for the highway works. He should be able to manage multiple projects at one time and should be able to optimize the utilization of resources through proper allocation. Basic knowledge of project management and surveying is required. He should have ability to read drawings and making progress reports. He should be able to prepare payment certificate and sub-contractor bills. Excellent co-ordination and communication with consultants, project managers, surveyors, head office and co-workers are required. Soft skills, project management, leadership skills are must. Knowledge in planning and estimation, QA&QC is required. Basic knowledge in health and safety is must. He should be able to work under pressure and able to manage huge number of equipments and manpower. He must be computer literate.
