Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
Role Purpose::
* Establish and implement a Quality Management System at the company.
* To monitor quality objectives, focusing on customer satisfaction.
* Maintain/improve the Quality Management System in line with the ISO 9000:2008 standards.
* Provide ‘value added' quality support to Company Management.
* Coordinate the work of Development communications activities internally and externally.
* Coordinating and managing the development and production of communications materials.
* Manage and coordinate Group Internal audit with AHC-IA team.
Duties Performed::
* Quality Assurance
* Prepare the QA department budget
* Define the Quality objectives, establish the quality plan and manage the quality actions to improve the level of customer satisfaction
* Establish the Quality Plan based on quality objectives/goals.
* Establish the Corrective/Preventive Action system. Plan and monitors the closure/resolution of identified actions (stemming from Customer complaints, internal audits, NCN, Corrective Actions, External Audits, Suppliers Performance etc.)
* Conduct analysis of poor performance/nonconformance trends and instigates corrective/ preventive actions.
* Measure/monitor the effectiveness of the Quality System and make recommendations to improve systems, processes, procedures etc.
* Manage customer complain process.
* Manage the Internal Quality Audit System.
* Establish and maintain a team of trained internal auditors.
* Define the scope (sections to audit and relevant ISO9000:2008 chapters) and schedule the planned audits
* Manage/maintain the Quality Management System (Documentation)
* Update/issue and maintain the Quality Manual to reflect the changes in the organization, scope, etc.) In line with ISO9000:2008.
* Monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Systems by reviewing and analyzing Internal Audits and corrective actions and implement any new Corrective Actions.
* Organize the Management Reviews and Quality Management Meetings.
* Conduct face to face customer feedback, analyze, and report the Customer satisfaction Index.
* HSE
* Acting as HSE team leader.
* Develop, update, issue and maintain HSE program.
* Conduct HSE awareness for all employees
* Lead accident investigation and follow on the related corrective action with the relevant party.
* Report monthly HSE performances to the management.
* Identify and measure potential safety hazards in the workplace
* Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
* Investigate Incidents and ensures there are safety messages in each Incident Action Plan
* Advise workers on the proper use of safety equipment and clothing
* Follow up with STCL team to close the agreed group IA-observations.
