Jobs Research Quality Control Lab Technician in Saudi Arabia
Position Summary
• Lab verification of products to maintain the Quality of Product.
• Record management of each batch standard and/or deviations of product quality.
• HACCP Implementation
• Hygiene Standards Implementation
• TPM Implementation
• ISO Implementation
• Production Loss control
• Implementation of Company QC Production Standards.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Daily Production samples as needed and test in the time required: analyze and record the results accurately.
Inform superiors for the deviations results of product quality.
Making necessary preventives action for deviations control in product quality.
Accurately use all equipment needed to perform required lab tests on ingredients.
Provide timely and accurate analysis/testing of ingredients, in process and finished product
Calibrate test equipment
Schedule and execute sample submittals to external laboratory vendor for batch testing
Receive and document batch testing results from external laboratory vendor
Provide independent oversight of processes, verifying compliance to company standards and policies, and effectively communicating when there are deviations from standards or processes
o Monitor the temperature of the chiller.
o Inspect raw materials.
o Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
Assist in training employees on food safety, company processes and FDA Good Manufacturing Practices
Maintain accurate and organized records of QA activities
Maintain organized inventory of retained products
Monitor HACCP critical control points
Participate in preparation for 3rd party safety audits
Maintain ongoing company compliance with all applicable regulations and 3rd party auditor requirements
Conduct research on Quality Assurance issues and deliver reports on research to management
Report to Director of Operations
