To provide on-site support to clients to ensure that the integrity of the pooling control system is improved, client queries and control system issues are dealt with quickly and effectively and the perception of value for money and customer care is entrenched in the minds of our clients. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: •Conducting quality back door visits and customer site visits •Pre call planning •Responsible for client training in equipment control procedures •Assist with debtors function •Assist with query resolution •Maintain customer support files through dedicated CRM •Assist with periodical stock counts •Assist customers with invoice reconciliations MEASURES : •Call plans and contact reports •Capture correction percentage •Inbound/Outbound call centre ratios •Customer queries and satisfaction
