As a Brand Director-IVECO your responsibilities will be to manage all FAMCO's IVECO/CIFA business operations in the specified markets with full revenue & Sales responsibility across sales, parts, service and rental. In addition to develop business with customers while maintaining high levels of customer service, and to represent the business in the general community As a member of the FAMCO KSA - to contribute to commercial and strategic decision making in order that the business unit achieves its annual objectives and KPI's in a time bound manner. To identify new market opportunities and grow the business as per agreed business plans. Position FAMCO as a customer centric brand with actively engaged employees that excel in customer service.
Some of your key responsibilities will be but not be limited to:
* To achieve the calendarised budgets set for the business units ensuring that expenses remain under tight control incorporating CAPEX evaluation and recommendation.
* To achieve the agreed annual unit / service/ parts targets across all activities in conjunction with the Principal.
* Achieve the agreed annual business objectives.
* To create and evolve a high performing team with a mechanism to identify, develop and retain high potential personnel and potential successors
* Maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with the Principal's field support team & Regional management executive.
About You
You will have the minimum of below to quality:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Arts (BA). MBA would be an advantage.
Minimum Experience: 8 - 10 years Senior Management experience within a dynamic customer focused organization, with knowledge and experience with heavy trucks/construction machinery/Agricultural/power & industrial equipment. An Arabic speaker is essential in this role and regional experience would be a distinct advantage.
