We are looking for two Country Development Coordinators. This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring individuals who want to further their careers in Hotel Development by assisting in the growth of an established, high end luxury Hotel product, specifically in the KSA and Iran - exclusively.
For the role in the KSA, the ability to speak and write Arabic and English is essential.
For the role in Iran, the ability to speak and write Farsi and English is also deemed essential.
As Country Development Coordinator, you will support these initiatives under the leadership of an inspiring Vice President.
To be successful in this role you must have a passion for hospitality. You will be outgoing and able to influence with integrity, whilst being self-motivated and proud of the brands you will be taking to market. You will be responsible for organising meetings and presenting the brands to various stakeholders, meaning some travel will be necessary. It goes without saying, you should be a natural marketeer as well as a brand ambassador.
You will also support the team Development Managers in various industry events hosted in the countries and have a flair for producing compelling presentations for each hotel opportunity as per the brand requirements.
Compiling weekly reports on performance and progress towards the targets set by the leadership is essential and you will be seasoned in preparing proposals for the hotel development teams.
You should therefore be a natural salesperson, with excellent narrative and presentation skills. You will have already worked in Hotel Development for a year or so, maybe in consulting, either with hotel or corporate sales experience.
