The Company:
Mackenzie Jones Middle East is working in partnership with a multi-billion $ global manufacturing business who are seeking to appoint a Director of Financial Planning to a leadership position in their Jeddah operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide key finance support to Senior Management by driving the strategic agenda ensuring key decisions are based on sound financial information. The Director of Financial Planning is a succession plan role to future CFO so we are seeking a high calibre finance professional who shows passion, drive and the leadership promise. Responsibilities will include:
The Role:
- Spearhead the financial planning cycle for a timely delivery of business performance analyses, strategic plans, budget, forecasts, and business presentations.
- Ensure that timely and accurate reporting of financial results in accordance with IFRS
- Analyse financial performance and highlight key trends and factors affecting the business.
- Collaborate with leadership team and senior managers to provide meaningful insights by undertaking analyses and validating non-financial and financial key performance indicators.
- Drive business performance by engaging with the business managers to secure accurate forecasts and identifying opportunities for growth, cost efficiencies, and investment.
- Lead the preparation of financial projects and feasibilities
- Build and maintain adequate revenue management tools to support business performance
- Provide assistance and support for a variety of ad hoc initiatives, including business transformation initiatives.
- Ensure that reporting and planning systems and processes are efficient, effective and consistent with the company\'s governance processes.
- Identify new systems and process improvement opportunities relating to the closing, budgeting and planning cycles; share best practice, recommend solutions and oversee the implementation of relevant initiatives.
- Manage, guide and mentor staff, identify potential talent and support professional development.
Salary: SAR 60,000 - SAR 65,000 plus Housing, Company Car, Education Allowance, Bonus, Family Medical
