Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
Analyses all disputes escalated from the Call Center or Customer Advising to the best client information, accuracy, and relevant to credit report and randomly discuss with the client in order to better understand the complexity of the issue.
Develops thorough and unbiased root cause analysis of the dispute and cooperates with all relevant parties, e.g. Product Management, Data Quality, Legal & Compliance etc., facilitating and ensuring the further technical analysis of the dispute so as to understand and reveal its nature and magnitude.
Investigate all disputes with relevant member to validate it’s genuine, correctness, accuracy, and complete other relevant information.
Identifies the corrective actions that need to be taken, if any, and follows-up their implementation.
Develops a documented response and discuss with the client the results of the analysis, clearly and thoroughly explaining if the dispute is valid or not and what are the steps for its resolution, if any, so as to improve client satisfaction and support the brand image of SIMAH as a neutral party.
Documents and archives all actions taken regarding the dispute resolution so as to develop an historical data base that will assist the fast and accurate resolution of future cases.
Gathers all information retrieved from meetings with customers and proceed to their analysis in order to identify trends and proposes actions and initiatives that will support the effectiveness of the products and increase the level of customer satisfaction.
Handles and supports that all disputes are resolved fast and do not exceed the time limits specified in the bylaws.
