We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong background in the insurance brokerage business and multinational experience to head our branch of a Lloyds registered broker in Jeddah.
- Plan & direct the organisation's activities to achieve short term and long term targets and set standards for financial performance.
- Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategies.
- Analyse current market/industry trends and formulate strategies for possible expansion and acquisitions that could contribute to the growth of the organisation.
- Define and manage approved capital and operating budgets, costs and profitability.
- Develop a wide range of relationships with local clients both individual and corporate clients to position the broker as a credible organisation in the industry.
- Develop a wide range of relationships with local and international insurers.
- Position the company as local market player and point of referral in our core business.
- Build and maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management, motivation and coaching of staff.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations not only of KSA but also of those affected by the parent company and generally assisting with the resolution of related compliance problems.
