Large diversified industrial group within Saudi Arabia with 6 different business areas including manufacturing
Description
Reporting to the CEO the General Manager will be responsible for managing the collective manufacturing operations within the group. This will involve managing multiple factories and operations across different products such as enclosures, metal fabrication, building materials, switchgears and chemicals.
The General Manager will control all operations, processes and people as well as being responsible for the growth, development and commercial success of each business. You will be focused on opening new plants, consolidating existing operations and improving overall performance of the business unit.
Profile
The successful candidate should be an experience manufacturing professional with a background of senior managerial or general management positions. You should also have the following skills:
- Arabic speaking- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (lean, six sigma etc)- P&L sales and commercial responsibility for businesses- Industrial manufacturing (metal, building materials, etc)- Able to work and live in Eastern province of Saudi Arabia
