The Human Resource Manager Coach will work to provide an efficient, effective and innovative HR service, closely aligned with the College Improvement Plan (CIP). The role will focus on the development of a human resources department within the college, and to coach and develop the emergent HR Team. The role will also involve the development of a comprehensive talent acquisition and management strategy to achieve the college’s strategic and performance objectives. To author policies and procedures related to performance management, employee appraisal, sickness, grievance and the development of a continuing professional development plan for all college staff. The provision of advice & guidance to managers in addressing performance and disciplinary matters.
Demonstrates knowledge about research-based professional development models, powerful professional development designs, and multiple forms of coaching.
Maintains clear lines of communication with all staff
Undertakes conflict resolution when interpersonal relationships break down.
Will develop and implement effective systems of staff record-keeping.
