To determine and develop the Engineer's Policy for Interface Management (project-wide) in accordance with the commitments defined in the latest Addendum to the Employer's Requirements.
To review, critique and advise on the interface management documentation from each of the package Contractor's to ensure that the outputs satisfy the Engineer's procedural requirements and the Contractor's obligations to the Employer.
To lead and manage the project-wide interface management process, and thereby fulfil the Engineer's obligations as defined in the approved "Interface Management Plan" / "Procedure for Interface Management".
To escalate interface issues that cannot be resolved within the package teams to the Engineer's senior management and guide policy to ensure the best solution for the project.
Coordination & Design management with technical teams, contractors, clients and consultants.
Guidance and advice on design and package implications during pre-construction phase and upon build ability issues.
