Quality Assurance Officer
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional Quality Assurance Officer for ITQAN Institute, who will work with the Director of Quality and the Principal to ensure that deliveries satisfy and exceed the expectations of the client. They will ensure that delivery of all academic programmes complies with contractual obligations, specifically in relation to the Saudi Skills Standards. Monitor and report upon the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, making recommendations for continuous development and sharing of good practice.
The primary responsibilities of this job role are to ensure that academic standards are maintained at the highest possible level. To work with the Director of Quality, the College Principal, as well as with the Head of Departments to ensure that institutional strategies and service objectives are met in respect of quality assurance processes. Candidates should be familiar with Quality Assurance systems and process for Interval Verification and Institutional Review, as well as Quality Improvement Planning in accordance with The College of Excellence and Saudi Skills Standards.
In addition the role will involve designing processes for the evaluation of all taught courses by all stakeholders including, but not limited to, trainees, academic staff and parents/guardians, and managing the resultant data for use in reporting and measurement analysis, and ensuring that they remain fit for purpose.
To develop and maintain support, information and guidance for all academic staff and administrators.
Successful candidates should ensure that they are up to date with contractual obligations and QA systems and processes in accordance with all awarding body specifications.
