Develop
organizational structures, policies, procedures and administrative systems

Manage
and direct daily production regarding the resorts and Quality Assurance
Program.

Implement
new standards which will enhance the quality standards of Resorts.

Supervise
and prepare high quality standards and
consistent results.

Coordinate
with the relevant department manager to fix the noted deficiency

Track
and follow-up with departments to ensure needed corrects have been completed in
a timely manner.

Report to the GM on the results of routine checkups, corrections and
any quality control issue that may arise.
