The role of Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the College in gearing for effective operations, through the coordination and management of the maintenance, security, health and safety, supplies and any other requirements as requested by the college to ensure that the student and employee experience is risk free and logistically organised.
General Facilities Management -Ensure that all campus facilities are in working order and maintain the correction of these where issues arise across the site, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to a successful resolution. Act as the first line of support for the campus to resolve all facilities and logistical requests, through guidance and support of the Principal.
Furniture Logistics-Manage and coordinate classroom readiness for a smooth and student friendly learning environment as requested by the College. This includes readiness for day-to-day teaching, exams, extra curriculum activities, extra lessons and any other requirements as advised the college leadership team.
Coordinate the overall furniture needs across the campus in line with student and employee numbers and as required by the courses offered within the colleges.
Accommodation -Ensure that company provided accommodation is maintained and cleaned following the departure of employees and the on boarding of new employees into the business.
Health and Safety - Respond to Health and Safety incidents reported across the college, reducing risks.
Work with and provide support to the college and undertake any other reasonable request by the college leadership team. Provide miscellaneous support requests and flexible service provision with a can do attitude and philosophy.
