Prepare and update project schedule.
Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
Prepares and submit updated work program.
Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
Liaise with Clients/Subcontractors/Vendors to ensure full compliance and control of the overall integrated project schedule.
Provide manpower analysis and trends for forecasting, assessing resources availability.
Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.
Preparation of close-out reports and create/maintain historical database, improving quality of feedback to tender/project.
Contribute to cost estimates and bid evaluations of analysis of change orders.
Willing to relocate 2 to 3 years in Jizan.
