Follow the approved work schedule collect the working schedule from the planning engineer & P.M to get
the required progress.
Coordinate with Technical office to get the required shop drawing/ as built drawings for that period.
Closing all the quality parameters like CAN, QAN, & NCR To make sure that the site follow QHSE Policy &
presiders.
Coordination meeting between Project managers, Construction manager with Technical office manager of
the project to make sure conduct 4 meetings per month.
Monitoring & controlling of wastage material to make sure Wastage be with in permissible limits (as per KPI operations)
Maintain and update all the RFIs related to the project to achieve Minimum 5 per month.
Maintain and update all required reports as per Scheduled.
Inspection and verification of quality audit reports from the client.
