• Collaborate in the drafting of the Strategic Human Resources Plan to deliver to SRO
• Analyze the needs of SELECT the project, collaborate in its drafting and coordinate its execution.
• Carry out the follow-up and management of the different training programs in accordance with the Quality Control Plan
• Write the evolution and development reports of the different training programs to be delivered to the client
• Identification of the staffing requirements and preparation of the recruitment and recruitment plan.
• Coordinate the selection process of the personnel to be hired, as well as follow the process according to the Quality Control Plan.
• Write the evolution reports of the selection to the client.
• Collaborate in the creation and implementation of the Human Resources department in Saudi Arabia.
