Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
• To recommend and plan training needs and development of the organization with focus on retail salesteam.
• To advise managers as well as supervisors on how they can contribute to the training and development of their fellow personnel.
• To identify gaps and needs of retail team by getting inputs and feedback from stakeholders including CEO, Directors, Retail Sales team, Store Managers and HR.
• To design effective retail training programs in view of specific and identified needs & gaps of retail teams.
• To collaborate and coordinate with peers on daily operations.
• To plan / manage and control training expenditure within budget.
• To ensure training programs roll out in the right track according to approved timeline, objectives, budget and achieve agreed KPIs.
• To identify and propose solutions to team development needs, and measure the contributions of the training function to overall business results.
• To develop an ongoing training and development plan for each Store Management Teams with specific attention to driving business, leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• To consistently collect feedback from the stores/regions to ensure teams are trained to successfully perform their jobs at the highest level and offer an elevated client experience.
• Work towards to establishing AlShiaka as one of the leaders in the Retail Training and Coaching Models in the competitive retail space.
• To manage training calendar and records with related to training reports.
• To responsible for training administrations and logistics arrangements.
• To travel to stores (70% of time) to support Store Managers and retail teams on their training needs.
