Al Rajhi Takaful Motor claims unit is implementing a new workflow that focuses on customer satisfaction, aimed to deliver the best customer experience, trouble free service, with reduced cycle times and best in class repair quality.
The implementation of this disruptive claims model in Saudi Arabia, requires the enhancement of the technical knowledge of our team of loss adjusters, as well as the revision of the partnership agreements with our repairers and parts suppliers. All these changes wrapped up under the model of a Service and Estimation Center that will concentrate the claim registration and estimation processes, aimed to shrink the cycle times. This strategy will be supported by the creation of the own Al Rajhi Takaful network of body shops, that will set up the pace for the collision industry in the Kingdom.
As a consequence, the Company needs to hire a person whose expertise lies in the fields described above, that are going to be incorporated to the new claims workflow.
As such, the selected candidate, will form part of a young, dynamic team of professionals that focus on developing our country wise new strategy. He will directly report to the Service and Vendors Director of the Motor Claims Unit and, after an initial in-house training, he will be responsible of coordinating with the departments of vendors and partners, new services and loss adjusters, all action items required to implement the above mentioned changes and achieve the mission of each of them and therefore the global mission of the Unit, securing the successful implementation of the new claims model and the quality of the output delivered, according to Company standards and new strategy and workflow laser focus targets.
