Yard General Manager - Offshore Fabrication specialist required for oil and gas company in Eastern Province to manage all operations, projects, people and fabrication activities across the business.

Large oil and gas EPC company with onshore and offshore fabrication division in Eastern Province.
Description
Reporting to the MD you will oversee all day to day running of the Fabrication Yard activities. This includes controlling all projects and workload with a large and diverse workforce. Will be required to manage clients and ensure all projects are completed on time, in full and to the required specifications.
You will be completing and running various simultaneous projects including top sides, jackets, platforms, process modules etc involving heavy steel structural fabrication work.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a senior manager with a strong track record of similar role in offshore, onshore oil and gas fabrication or shipbuilding activities. Should be familiar with projects involving construction and fabrication of offshore structures, platforms and jackets for oil and gas sector preferably.
Capable of managing budgets, projects, large workforce and able to deal directly with large oil majors/clients with strong communication and presentation skills.
Minimum 20 years experience in this sector
Degree educated
Experience of working in Middle East would be preferred
