Job Description
• Compiles and analyzes financial information, substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents, and prepares accounting entries according to the sequence and historical occurrence.
• Prepares monthly closing and cost accounting reports, periodic and yearend financial statements (financial position, P&L statement, cash flow statement, etc ...)
• Prepares and reviews budget, revenues, expenses, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents
• Maintains financial data bases and resolves accounting discrepancies.
• Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing audits
• Maintains confidentiality and sensitivity of information in accordance with the HR Policies and Procedures i.e., pay increments, bonus, promotion, demotion, joiners/leavers...etc
• Registers and Follows up on the receipt & delivery of goods and inventory turnover
• Follows up on the collection of Account Receivables and settlement of Account Payables.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Prepares payrolls and wages for employees, Advances, the balance of annual leave and termination indemnities.
• Controls and follows up fund and issuing checks and bookkeeping.
• Provides all the necessary information, whether in the form of accounting reports or financial statements to the company's management,
• Performs any other accounting functions not included in this description or any related tasks as directed by the head of the department.
