Logistic:
- Manages customer demands.
- Analysis of customer order fulfillment to clear any pending order, thus avoiding delay in
delivery.
- Maps routes and ensures the most appropriate mode for routing cement keeping in view the reduction of logistics cost.
- Ensures on-time dispatch of cement from the manufacturing plant by the designated mode of transportations.
- Works closely with supply-chain personnel to ensure timely arrival of goods.
- Assists in day-to-day supply-chain activities.
- Generates weekly and monthly status reports for management.
- Coordinates with sales team for order plan and logistics for material movement.
- Handles shipping/ logistics department with loading/unloading and support in warehouse
management.
- Maintains delivery and fleet quality control.
- Monitors transporters performance, route fixation & distance calculations
Customs Clearance:
- Follows-up with Saudi custom for refund of duties.
- Follows-up with clearing agents for ensuring expeditious clearance of assignments, where
relevant.
