We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to be based in Jeddah-Saudi Arabia
Job Summary :
Assumes full responsibility and management role of the overall business activities of the Western Northern & Southern Provinces branch ( Jeddah & surrounding cities), and administers the execution of the organization's strategy and growth plans to achieve its set targets and goals.
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
• Oversees and manages the overall business activities of the Western Northern & Southern Provinces and surrounding cities' branch located in Jeddah.
• Leads the existing teams and manages to always recruit more Salesmen and Division Heads of appropriate competence and experience to consistently strengthen the marketing and selling power of the organization to cover all the targeted sectors of the market.
• Sets clear sales, profitability, and receivables' collection targets to Division managers and sales representatives, and monitors their performance/achievements.
• Coaches and develops sales teams' skills, and guides them to achieve their individual targets.
• Oversees sales, establishes reports and breakdown analysis, and highlights the trends of sales by products/sectors to the sales team to enable them review and realign their marketing approaches and sales strategies.
• Follows up with the sales teams and Accounts Department on prompt collection of Accounts Receivables.
• Acquires and collects data for clients carrying business activities in various sectors in Jeddah and the surrounding cities/areas.
• Studies and analyzes market trends, understand competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and initiates proper marketing and sales strategies to achieving targets and growth plans.
• Implements a systematic purchase forecast mechanism to ensure the availability of adequate inventories at any time.
• Ensures proper implementation and compliance to policies and procedures
• Controls and manages the expenses in a cost-effective manner.
