•Participate in the development of business requirements collection standards and procedures
•Gathers business process and transforms Business process into the digital information process.
•Must educate / evangelize Business users of the new technology trends
•Analyze and evaluate end user requirements
•Conduct the required research and develop the required business cases to budget different potential IT projects
•Participate in the development of the IT initiatives by assessing and prioritizing business needs
•Coordinate between ACCL’s business departments and IT to collect the required details for all change requests
•Support relevant IT stakeholders in assessing the effort required per change request
•Provide regular status updates to the Head of IT PMO
