Achievement of assigned sales targets by maintaining excellent relations and networks with existing dealers and obtaining their commitment for the projected sales targets for the quarter/year
Maximize sell in and sell out with all the dealers
Gather market intelligence data on competitor’s activity, strategy and help the Sales & Marketing team formulate aggressive strategies to increase the market share
Implementation of channel development activities of the company in the assigned geographical area.
Add new dealers to meet the channel expansion targets.
Give product demonstrations to the dealer/ his staff and ensure display and merchandising of products is done in an advantageous manner.
Negotiate credit terms with the dealers as per the guidelines given by the management to minimize overdues and ensure that there is zero deviation from agreed credit limits and credit days.
Manage the Sales Executives effectively to deliver the assigned targets
Follow all policies, procedures and guidelines of the company
Provide daily reports to Sales Manager on sales, collection & undelivered performance
Be well versed with your KPIs and strive to achieve the same.
