- Prepare sound, challenging and achievable annual business plans which incorporates company’s objectives, marketing tactics and allocated resources.
- Organize teams’ area and day-to-day duties and activities and closely monitoring field force activities within the specified area to achieve sales and non-sales targets
- Coach the field force on soft skills and the technical aspects of the assigned products and appraise their performance.
- Ensure that team is achieving predefined coverage, average and calls’ frequency objectives as per the CE plans.
- Motivate and Lead the team with the execution of agreed business plans toward achieving sales & non-sales objectives.
- Recruit, interview and hire talented field force. Frequently provide performance and coaching updates to ensure that high caliber sales teams are recognized and developed.
- Undertake all supervisory responsibilities within the company’s code of ethics and predefined SOPs.
