Law Jobs in Saudi Arabia
1) Provide legal advice to the Company on various matters.
2) Draft and/or review contracts for the Company and ensure that their terms and conditions are in line with the Company’s best interest and requirements.
3) Assist the Company in negotiating its contracts with other parties.
4) Handle legal disputes arising from the Company against others or vice versa.
5) Liaise with the Company’s external legal advisors on all matters.
6) Research about the different legal rules that the Company must comply with.
7) Perform legal due diligence when required.
8) Keep custody of the Company’s legal documents and control them in an appropriate manner to ensure their protection and validity at all times.
9) Prepares the legal documents which the Company may require in order to carry out the business smoothly.
10) Assist in preparing internal policies and procedures and ensure they are in line with applicable laws and regulations.
11) Assists other departments in the Company in carrying out their duties in legal manner.
12) Keep up with the developments in the issuances and amendments of applicable laws and regulations that are relevant to the Company’s businesses.
13) Any other duties that are customarily in line with the responsibility of this job.
