Job profile for Legal Counsel KSA
The position
DaVita isn’t just any company. Similarly, this is not your typical Legal Counsel role.
For our rapidly expanding activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are seeking for a Legal Counsel who combines legal experience and education in KSA with experience in the USA or Europe.
The Legal Counsel KSA will be member of the legal department for Europe and Middle East, addressing all legal issues for our operations in KSA. The position is based in Riyadh and requires travel throughout KSA and some travel internationally.
In this position you will provide comprehensive legal advice and support with regard to a wide range of business topics, acting as trusted Legal Counsel for our KSA Management Team and Country Manager.
In coordination with the EMEA Legal Department, you will be responsible to ensure that DaVita KSA’s operations are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. You will counsel and advise on legal risks and help manage them, review, draft and negotiate agreements, including supply, service, lease and construction agreements and provide advice on employment matters and regulatory legal issues. Furthermore this position is responsible to coordinate the company secretarial work for the KSA legal entities.
