1 Provides timely and accurate handling of all shipments.
2 Ensures that all documents are correct for customs formalities are strictly complied with and adhered to.
3 Responsible for accurate data capture of all shipments on CEVA tracking system, the processing of invoices and proper supporting are available on file on completion of shipment.
4 Ensures that all required documents are in CEVA One scan
5 Daily KPI & scheduling reports are updated
6 Timely manages resolutions to customer queries to avoid payment delays by clients.
7 Timely notifies customers for stopped/detained or delayed containers at destination.
8 To ensure Milestone are at above 95%
9 Manages shipments delivery of shipment s quickly to avoid penalties which may impact on company profits.
10 Ensures that all quality standards are maintained.
11 Assists with Cost Estimates and Invoicing.
12 Assists in the general operations of the office and to improve the efficiency
13 BD assistant, Rate request and Quotation follow up.
