Our client is a Saudi Arabia semi-government entity looking for a Communication Manager in their newly established department, who will be directly reporting to the PR & Communication Executive Director.
- Lead and manage the creation and implementation of the communication strategy including definition of communication KPIs.
- Lead the development and ongoing alignment of core messages to the strategy and mandate, and ensure organizational consistency.
- Drive the articulation of desired image and branding, and assure consistent communication of image and brand internally and externally.
- Develop annual plans and budgets for communications events and activities.
- Ensure alignment of plans with the CEDA communications schedule.
- Build, maintain and leverage relationships with stakeholders e.g. CEDA Communication Team/Entity.
- Communication Offices as well as opinion leaders including media, professionals, and public entities.
- Oversee the design and execution of the stakeholder satisfaction survey to determine communication effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Manage editorial direction, design, production and distribution of publications.
- Oversee the coordination of media interest and approve all media releases and responses.
- Develop and lead Crisis Management Communication Strategy.
- Manage and direct the Excellence Awards (end-to-end process).
