Randstad MENA is seeking experienced HR Business Partner - Power Distribution & Customer Service on behalf of a major client. This job will be based in Saudi Arabia.
Role Purpose:
- Be key HR contact for business unit heads to develop and support on HR and people related topics of strategic importance including strategic workforce planning, succession planning, talent attraction, talent management, organization design, people culture and change management; lead the HRBP organization at least one business unit to ensure an efficient and high-quality interaction between the HR organization and business- Develop yearly Achievable Plan with BU linked with KPIs
Qualifications:
- Atleast 20 years working experience (minimum BA degree preferred Master degree) in various HR functions including >5 years Leadership experience- Proven experience as Senior HR Business Partner in similar environment (Power Utility Sector) and report to Top Management- Strategic thinking on both HR and business related topics and capability to drive change- Ability to manage the HRBP organization corresponding to at least one BU with up to 30 members including three to five direct reports- Experience in developing HRBP model as per David Ulrich's concept- Experience in big organization with at least 17,000 employees.
