Senior Talent acquisition specialist will deliver full life-cycle recruiting. This means they will use their abilities to source, screen and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers. They may even conduct final interviews themselves and offer job candidates compensation packages. They must ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on-boarding process.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for end to End recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding candidates and completing joining formalities
• Conduct a high volume of initial phone interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools and methods to filter candidates; assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Partnering with human resources business partners/managers, business leaders, and line supervisors to understand talent needs, devise creative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of talent.
• Responsible for volume hiring and being efficient with targets. Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre decided timelines.
• Serving as in-house expert on recruiting strategies and activities, including strategies related to locating passive candidates, using social media platforms like linkedin
• Coordinating with recruitment consultants for their effective delivery of expectations, measure and monitor their effectiveness.
• Enhancing internal dependence (employee referrals and direct hiring) and reduce external (recruitment consultants) dependence in hiring.
• Adopting new and emerging technologies and approaches to recruitment and continuously reduce cycle time and increase responsiveness.
• Maintaining the necessary database for evaluating recruitment effectiveness.
