Our client is a global market leader Chemicals Company with an established presence in the Middle East. They are looking to recruit an experienced and technically qualified TECHNICAL SERVICE SUPERVISOR to be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Job Overview:
- To assist the technical department and sales team in the proper application of products including troubleshooting of problems arising on site.- Handle sample requests from the sales team and coordinate the required samples with the Laboratory personnel for processing.- Monitor progress of sample processing and assist in the actual application in the laboratory.- Update the Technical Manager of the status of the requested samples.- Conduct field work and customer visits pertaining to product applications and quality concerns.- Provide technical service and site support as required by the sales team including troubleshooting of actual product application problems on site.- To provide application training on products as per the sales & marketing requirements with proper plan- To manage the daily sample request for applied sample & provide Technical support to the Sales Team & Customer.- Provide technical assistance to site support & Sales Teams, solve technical queries on product applications, advise on suitability of product or recommend a more suitable alternative.- Avoid product application related customer complaints & resolution of application related product complaints within 30 days if any.- To train the applicator and sales personal- Frequent visit to site and see the performance of products and make proper site inspection report- To provide necessary presentation, method statement preparation etc.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Must have a Degree Qualification in Bachelor in Engineering, preferable Civil or Chemical Engineering- Minimum 5 years' experience working with similar capacity in the Construction Chemicals industry- Must have an excellent presentation and communication skills- Behavioral Competencies such as Entrepreneurial Drive, Collaborate for Achievement and Demonstrate Customer Focus
