Provide The Company with the necessary legal support . Remain current on the upcoming or amended law provisions.
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Investigate cases of complex nature requiring the examination of large amount of data and degree of technical understanding and respond to straightforward requests for advice both in verbal and written form.
2. Review relevant legal journals and court circulars on frequent basis to remain current on the newly drafted regulations and sensitize the managment regarding the application of law provisions to assertively plan and secure business continuity.
3.Interpert the legal issues and gather information using the proper methods to ensure providing advice and investigation reports to serve the parties in Mobily including recomindation the best course of action and alterative solutions.
4.Maintains complete and accurate records of cases referred to advocates/legal counsels/lawyers to provide managment with up-to-date information on status of court cases.
5.Prepare the monthly legal reports on development of litigation and ensure that preperation of such is timely and efficient.
6.Assist in the development and update of general terms and conditions of mobily contracts and agreements.
7.Liaises with relevant internal department to provide advice and recommendations.
8.Work with and support other members of the team ensuring the sharing of knowledge and the cultivation of lower levels on the job family.
9.Maintains documentation recived from all departments and divisions, to ensure protection of Mobily's interests and rights.
10.Performs others related duties or assignments as directed.
