We are currently looking for a Contract Procurement Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia, to provide multi-disciplinary services and expertise to our clients on a wide range of mixed-use development project.
Major Function and Role:
-Develops bid packages for required materials, equipment and other commodity items.
-Develops Bid Tabulations for received bids and makes recommendations to Project Manager.
-Implements purchasing procedures for project, monitors cost control budgets, issues purchase orders, monitors progress on orders, tracks actual expenditures and develops forecasts as needed.
-Analyzes status data and trends as required.
Job Duties:
-Reviews pricing of materials and commodities. Oversees the development of vendor bid packages.
-Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority.
-Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
-Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.
Review and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
-Work with internal and external stakeholders.
-Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
