The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is witnessing an increasing investment in social infrastructure including provision of large-scale mixed-use development. Faithful+Gould is positioned to play an important role in providing technical solutions to many of the opportunities presented by this development programme.
As a result, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Cost Manager to provide professional advice, from pre-concept to completion of construction documentation and tendering package, for a significant mixed-use development project based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
-Report to the Project Manager and the client on a regular basis on the cost plan and obtain authority from the client for any decisions/instructions
-Interface with other disciplines and the clients’ representative
-Ensure the quality and timeliness of cost management advice
-Ensure that contractual deliverables pertaining to cost and quantities are produced and issued on time and in compliance with the clients requirements
-Ensure adherence to the procedures described in the project management manual
-Contribute to a positive and proactive approach that drives the whole of the team
-Advise on procurement options and forms of contract
