With a strategic focus on developing “world-ready and work-ready” graduates, the campuses specialize in delivering a number of diploma programs in the areas of Tourism, Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Occupational Health & Safety, Graphic Design, IT, and a Foundation Program for English language development.
Applications are invited for the position of IT Technician at Niagara College KSA, Makkah male campus and Al Ahsa female campus. Reporting to the Supervisor, IT, the role of this position serves to support day-to-day IT operations of the college by working with internal and external stakeholders, provide staff training on newly installed software and programs, and works collaboratively with other departments in order to provide quality client service. The IT Technician will also develop and document procedures as well as provide hardware and software support. Niagara College supports a wide range of computer related equipment and software including but not limited to Microsoft Windows OS and office software, Apple OS, Linux, Cisco (telephones, switches and routers).
This position has a duration of 12 months, with possibility of renewal, and with an anticipated start date of as soon as possible. It is expected that the incumbent be flexible in terms of hours of work and maintain confidentiality, diplomacy and tact regarding internal and external relations.
